Home Information Pack (HIPS)

Home Information Report exampleOur home information packs are produced by independent companies with no expensive overheads to pay. Instruct us direct and you don’t pay the overinflated prices some estate agents charge.

With some cheap HIPs available you’ll find the price to good to be true, often it is. A cheap HIP to ensure you buy other services, which may be cheaper if you shop around.

  • For a freehold registered property the price is £199 – NO VAT. For a leasehold property £225 – NO VAT. For any properties of size and leasehold/unregistered properties, call us to obtain a detailed quote. Get in touch
  • Unfortunately we can’t be every where, but if you live in Hampshire and West Sussex, we may be able to save you money. Register you’re details with us and we’ll contact you as soon as possible. Get in touch.
  • For your peace of mind all Home Information Packs are backed up with £2 million pound insurance, compiled by registered members of the HIP Code and the Association of Home Information Pack Providers.
