Directors: Lee sayer and James couch
We both started our working life with an apprenticeship in H M
Naval Base Portsmouth where we trained in electrical engineering
and shipbuilding and welding respectively.
Lee spent 13 years as an electrical engineer and electrical services
manager. From the naval base lee started a property development
business and has managed various development projects.
James spent 10 years as a shipbuilder welder and commercial constructive
manager. From the naval base James travelled to Australia for a
year working in various cities. After this James became a fire fighter
and in addition carried out various property developments.
Being involved in property we were aware of the new regulations
scheduled for June 2007 and decided to embark on a new venture in
Domestic Energy Assessment with a positive and proactive approach.
